FLAG Conference Refund Policy
If you cancel your conference registration more than two weeks prior to a conference, we will refund your registration payment, minus a $25 administrative fee. (If a registration includes the price of membership, that amount is not refundable.) The Florida Association for the Gifted does not refund conference fees within 2 weeks of the event because by that time all conference expenses have been applied and set up. If you are able to find someone else who wants to purchase your tickets you are welcome to do so and let us know whose name to transfer the registration to.
